Healthier Living Workshops
Managing Ongoing Health Conditions
The "Healthier Living" workshop series is composed of six, two and a half-hour sessions, that follow an evidence-based curriculum designed by the Stanford School of Medicine. Each session is lead by local co-facilitators who provide engaging activities and share useful tips to build skills for chronic pain self-management. The workshops are structured to be highly participative in a way that encourages mutual support and success among the participants so that everyone works together to build their confidence in their self-management skills.
